Curfew imposed in Jammu and Kashmir following massive protest

Srinagar, February 16, 2019:

After the terrorist attack on the convoy of CRPF jawans at Pulwa district in Jammu and Kashmir, there has been a massive protest in the area following which miscreants torched many vehicles. In action to this, the administration has imposed curfew imposed in the area.

Meanwhile, the Security forces have cordoned off a village, Khangund after specific inputs about the presence of some terrorists in the area.

Nearly 70 youth have been arrested during night raids across South Kashmir by Security Forces for questioning about the incident regarding any involvement.

It may be mentioned that the state is undergoing unrest situations after the terrorist attack leading to the death of 49 jawans as on Friday evening.
