Godman Nithyananda Establishes 'Hindu Rashtra' in South America

Guwahati, December 4, 2019:

Nithyananda, a self-styled Godman who is on the run from the law after charges of kidnapping and confinement of children to collect funds for his 'ashram', has reportedly set up a 'Hindu nation' called Kailaasa.

However, Nithyananda's Kailaasa is not located in India, the country with the largest population of Hindus. Rather, it is located on an island off the coast of South American country, Ecuador. Kailaasa has reportedly been described as the world's largest and purest Hindu nation, by its founder.

According to media reports, three of Nithyananda's disciples are planning to move to the 'purest' Hindu nation, to join their beloved leader.

Somewhat amusingly, only those who donate to his cause will be allowed entry, with the approval of the self-styled Prime Minister of the 'nation', who happens to be a prominent South Indian actress.

English, Sanskrit, and Tamil have been chosen as the three official languages of the 'nation', and a flag has also reportedly been chosen.'

Nithyananda, who is in the process of naming a Cabinet of Ministers, has also devised means to open up a Reserve Bank to channel funds that pour in from devotees.

To take the message to devotees, a website, Kailaasa.org has also been set up, which describes the nation as a refuge for "dispossessed" Hindus who lost the right to practice Hinduism.
