The memo attempted to assure employees in the wake of an article published in an international newspaper about Andy Rubin, the co-creator of Android; to have received $90 million to leave the company quietly in 2014 after the firm found credible reports of sexual assault allegation by an employee he dated. It described, “We review every single complaint about sexual harassment or inappropriate conduct.”
