It seems like not only India, but Pakistan too is enamoured with the valiant IAF Wing Commander Abhinandan Varthaman. Pakistani tea company Tapal Danedar has released an ad in which the Indian air warrior has been commended.
The short clip begins with a middle-aged woman using a binocular to look at the War Hero sipping tea (from the now viral clip in which Abhinandan was offered tea by Pak Army). Upon being rebuked by her husband, who assumes that she is spying on neighbours, the woman exclaims that she is in love with Abhinandan. When the husband tries to get closer to investigate what she is looking at, the wife gushes and runs off to make tea for him.
Abhinandan exhibited his bravery by taking down modern F-16s with an outdated M-16 aircraft, but he won over one and all by his diplomatic conduct during his period of captivity in Pakistan.
The advertisement by a Pakistani television ad celebrating an Indian hero proves that appreciation of bravery transcends national and international barriers.
