Police dog sniffs out 6 rapists-murderers in Gujarat within half an hour

During the police investigation, the dog sniffed a dupatta and a bottle on the crime scene and began heading in a northern route

Jawa walked two kilometres, crossing the Ahmedabad-Mumbai railway route till direction of the accused and began barking agitatedly.

This was Jawa's third time in 45 days assisting police in locating suspects in murder cases.

In the most recent crime woman was gang-raped and murdered while mowing grass near Dehtan village in Karjan taluka on August 16.

Fearing being apprehended by the police, the accused later killed the woman.

The victim’s family set out to look for her when she didn’t return home.

On Tuesday, a case was filed at the Karjan police station. A police team commanded by Jawa arrived at the crime scene and arrested Lal Bahadur Girjaram, a 22-year-old Uttar Pradesh resident. He was apprehended from one of the rail track's five tents.
