Bengaluru, July 2, 2019:

At a time when the entire country is facing a water crisis, it seems like the Indian Railway coaches are overflowing with water! Hard to believe, right?

A video, which has gone viral on social media shows water seeping into a railway coach from a vent as the passengers raise a hue-and-cry over the incredible turn of events!

The person who was recording the entire incident is heard saying: "This is evidently bathroom which has entered the coach. This is certainly water from the bathroom, and all the luggage is now wet! The TT is here, but no mechanic has come yet."

It has been reported that these shocking incident occurred aboard the A-1 Coach of the Bengaluru-Patna Sanghmitra Express.

This short clip shows the deplorable condition of public transport in the country and the plight of the people who have to travel by trains. Although the Central Government has announced many plans to upgrade and the railway infrastructure in the country, things are still the same at the 'micro' level.

"I was travelling to New Delhi from Ranchi, and suffered from a slipped disc. I was in a lot of pain, and called the railway helpline number, but nobody answer. It is due to reasons like these that travelling by train is a gigantic headache in India" says a frequent traveller who chose not to be named, while talking to Inside Northeast, .

Looking at these deplorable condition of the railway leads one to wonder when the 'Achche Din' (good days), as promised by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, will finally come for the unfortunate people in the country who have no option but to travel by train.
