Shabana Azmi Injured in Car Accident on Mumbai-Pune Expressway

Guwahati, January 18, 2020:

Veteran Actor Shabana Azmi has sustained injuries after her car rammed into a truck on the Mumbai-Pune Expressway on Saturday.

According to reports, Azmi and her husband Javed Akhtar were travelling in different cars at the same time. They were heading to Khandala when Azmi’s car hit the truck from behind near the Khalapur toll Plaza.

Shabana Azmi has been rushed to Panvel’s MGM Hospital.
