YSR Congress Party chief Jagan Mohan Reddy attacked

Guwahati, October 15, 2018:

The leader of Andhra Pradesh's opposition of Yuvajana Sramika Rythu (YSR) Congress party, Jagan Mohan Reddy was attacked with a knife at Vishkhapatnam airport on Thursday.

However, Reddy was not seriously injured.

Reportedly, an employee of a restaurant identifies as Srinivas at the airport came to take a selfie with Reddy and attacked him with kind of knife used in cock fights.

The attacker has been taken into custody.
