WATCH: Child travels 100 km stuck in train wheelset, rescued later

A horryfying incident was reported in Hardoi district, Uttar Pradesh on April 21. A child residing near railway tracks ended up travelling nearly 100 km stuck between the wheelset of a goods train.

The boy had climbed onto the stationary train and was playing when it began to move. Unable to jump off, he was left wedged between the wheelset.

He was later rescued by a vigilant Railway Protection Force (RPF) constable in Hardoi. Footage shows the constable assisting the boy as he crawls out from the wheelset. The boy, appearing exhausted, was handed over to Child Care in Hardoi.

The video, shared on social media platform X, prompted users to express concern for the boy's ordeal and appreciation for the constable's intervention. They wished for the boy's swift recovery and reunion with his family.
