GANGTOK: Sikkim Chief Minister Prem Singh Golay on Sunday met Union Home Minister Amit Shah in New Delhi seeking tribal status for left out communities.
During the visit, the CM submitted a memorandum seeking tribal status for 12 communities, seat reservation for the Limboo-Tamang community in the Sikkim Legislative Assembly, and His Holiness the 17th Karmapa Ogyen Trinley Dorje's visit to Sikkim.
