SIKKIM: GOOD NEWS ON BOARD FOR THE GOVT. EMPLOYEES, STATE GOVT RELEASES IMPORTANT INFORMATION

The department of Personnel, Administrative reforms, training and Public Grievances Gangtok announces important information.

The state Government has some good news in store for its employees.  It stated that all eligible temporary employees who are continuously serving in the State on Work Charged/ Muster Roll/ Ad-hoc and on Consolidated pay for five years or more as on 31/12/2018 under various departments shall be considered for regularisation. It also mentioned that Male Home Guards who have rendered cumulative service of 15 year and above as on 31/12/2018 shall be considered for regularisation as Security Guards under Health Care. Human Services  and Family Welfare Department. And there's more to the list, Women Home Guards who have rendered cumulative services of 15 years and above as on 31/12/2018 shall be considered for regularisation as Office Attendants under various departments. The temporary employees whose service would be regularized as above shall be placed in the pay scale corresponding to the existing Grade Pay of Rs.1400, Rs .1800, Rs. 2300 respectively as required.
