Sikkim: Torrential rain triggers flash floods in West parts

The torrential rain in Rathong-Cho valley has triggered flashflood across the West Sikkim causing major damages to Kirateswar Mandir, Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, NHPC Hingdam, Dans Energy.
