Gangtok to host mega voluntary blood donation camp on August 22

A mega voluntary blood donation camp will be held on August 22, at Thakurbari, Gangtok, Sikkim to commemorate the 18th ascension day of Rajyogini Dadi Prakashmani Ji.
 

As a prelude to the event, a special motorbike rally was flagged off from White Hall today. The rally was initiated by Deputy Mayor of Gangtok Municipal Corporation, Tshering Palden Bhutia, in the presence of Sonam Didi, Brahma Kumari Incharge for Sikkim.
 

The initiative is jointly organized by the Brahma Kumaris, Social Service Wing Gangtok, and Alpine Riders Crew MC.
 

Dadi Prakashmani, a revered spiritual leader, was known for her selfless service, administrative skills, and her efforts to unite people across cultures and languages. She played a pivotal role in expanding the Brahma Kumaris organization worldwide.
 

Organizers said the upcoming camp seeks to promote the noble cause of saving lives through voluntary blood donations, in line with the Brahma Kumaris’ mission of serving humanity.
