Two Naga sportswomen – Jwensinle Kesen and Puleno Neikha – have made it to the Indian sepaktakraw team for the 18th Asian Games scheduled from 18thAugust at Jakarta and Palembang in Indonesia.
While Jwensinle will take part in the Games as a player, Puleno will act as Indian women sepaktakraw team’s coach. This was stated in a press release issued by Nagaland Sepaktakraw Association general secretary Holshe Khrieo.
Jwensinle works in Sashastra Seema Bal as a constable and Puleno is a sepaktakraw instructor in Nagaland’s Youth Resources & Sports Department.
