Hima Das wins gold at 400m event in Federation Cup

Guwahati, March 18, 2019:

Ace sprinter Hima Das is back on track again as she won the 400m event in the Federation cup with a timing of 52.88 seconds.

On the other hand, M R Poovamma of Karnataka crossed the finishing line at 53.15 and Sarita Ben of Gujrat at 53.23.

Hima Das sprinter is focussed to participate on the Asian Athletics championship to be held at Doha from April 26 where the qualifying mark to take far in the Doha Asian Athletic Championship is 52.75 secs.
