Meghalaya holds strong position in Ranji Trophy

Guwahati,November 22,2018:

On the second day of Ranji Trophy plate group match on Wednesday, Meghalaya holds up a strong position against the opponent team Nagaland.

Continuing with the first day score of 338 runs with a downfall of 5 wickets, Meghalaya on second day added 51 runs and were bowled out for 389, the highest score in the competition.

M’layas fast bowler Lakhan Singh and the guest and the professional spinner Gurinder Singh took three wickets leaving Nagaland in a very unstable position.

After the break, Aditya Singhania the spinner bagged three lower order wickets, followed by Gurinder.

Gurinder claimed the last to dismiss Nagaland for 106.
