AUSTRALIA: Tennis superstar Roger Federer Sunday revealed that despite reaching the fourth round of the French Open, he might not contest in the 4th round in Roland Garros.
Meanwhile, Novak Djokovic and Rafael Nadal prepare to face two Italian teenagers generally regarded as their Grand Slam heir apparents.

Federer, the 2009 champion and likely in his last Roland Garros reached the second week for the 15th time, two months shy of his 40th birthday.
The 20-time Grand Slam champion, who had two knee operations in 2020 and is just competing in his third tournament since the Australian Open last year has always stated that Wimbledon is his primary aim this year.
Federer said, "I don't know if I am going to play," just after the 3hr 35min match ended on Sunday. I have to make a decision on whether or not to keep playing. Is it too dangerous to continue to exert pressure on the knee? Is now a suitable moment to take a break?"

He's aiming for a ninth Wimbledon crown at the championships which begin on June 28.
He'll also compete in a warm-up grass-court tournament in Halle on June 14, the day after the French Open ends.
Due to a government-imposed COVID-19 curfew, Saturday's match which spilled onto Sunday was played at an eerily empty Court Philippe Chatrier.
