With a belief of forming the 8th Left Front Government in the ensuing 2018 Tripura Assembly election, chief minister Manik Sarkar on Monday filed nomination to returning officer at Dhanpur Constituency of the state. By filing nomination, Sarkar expected that the people will again show their faith in the party and will form the 8th LF government in the Assembly election. Huge number of supporters and party workers accompanied CM Manik Sarkar during his nomination filing. The Assembly elections in Tripura will be held on February 18.
