TRIPURA: LOK ADALAT ON APRIL 22

The whole Nation along with Tripura district and session judges have called for National Lok Adalat on April 22. On that particular day, the pending cases of 11 benches will be targeted to end. This will be the second National Lok Adalat that will hear civil and compoundable criminal cases.

Tripura State Legal Service Authority will be the nodal agency to conduct the exercise in the State. The Lok Adalat will render services without any expenditure or fee. If the court fee is paid, it will be refunded when the matter is settled through Lok Adalat. No appeal can be made against awards passed in Lok Adalat.
