Arunachal CM congratulates Rupa Bayor on historic world ranking feat

Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu has congratulated Rupa Bayor for achieving a historic milestone by becoming the first Indian to attain World Taekwondo (WT) World Ranking No. 5.
