Arunachal Pradesh Chief minister Pema Khandu announces not to take PRC in current Assembly Session

Guwahati, February 23, 2019:

Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu on Friday informed that the Government has decided not to take the Permanent Residence Certificate (PRC) matter in current Assembly Session.

Chief Minister Pema Khandu takes the help social media platform Twitter to make the announcement although the data has been blocked by the Government since yesterday.

Pema Khandu tweeted:

The announcement came up after the violence breaks out in Arunachal Pradesh and disruption of law and order situation in the state. The protestors who stand against the issue of PRC to the non- Arunachali people living in the state.
