As part of the ongoing crackdown by security forces to curb anti-social elements, three hardcore Cadres of ULFA(I) were apprehended near Noglo in Tirap District on Aug 28. Based on specific intelligence regarding the presence of suspected Cadres in the area, the security forces launched an operation and apprehended all three individuals.
The troops also recovered three Pistols, three Magazines with three live rounds and three ULFA Badges. The apprehended persons along with recovered items have been handed over to Laju Police Station, Tirap for further investigations.
