Arunachal Pradesh CM Pema Khandu celebrates one year of Donyi Polo airport

Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Pema Khandu today celebrated one year of the Donyi Polo airport. 

Taking to social media platform X (formerly Twitter), CM Khandu shared a video of the Donyi Polo airport and all the memories associated with it, right from its inauguration by Prime Minister Narendra Modi one year ago, its phase of construction and its being finally operational. 

"Celebrating one year of Donyi Polo Airport! Ever since inauguration of Donyi Polo Airport by Hon PM Shri Narendra Modi Ji a year ago on this day, it has served as a catalyst of growth & gateway of opportunities through robust air linkages," said CM Khandu. 

The Arunachal Pradesh CM further said that the Donyi Polo airport has been a game changer and has put the state on the global map. 

"The Airport has become game-changer for businesses, tourism and cultural exchange, putting Arunachal Pradesh on the global map. The growing footfall of visitors/travelers is a testament to the airport's transformative impact on connectivity. With passage of time, we look forward to it to hold promise for boundless possibilities of tomorrow," said CM Khandu.
