Kiren Rijiju highlights 12 years of BJP-led government at media interaction in Itanagar

Union Minister Kiren Rijiju on June 12 highlighted the achievements of the BJP-led government over the past 12 years, stating that the period has been marked by trust, development and public service under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Rijiju was addressing a "Media Samvad" programme held at the BJP headquarters in Itanagar to commemorate 12 years of governance by the NDA government at the Centre. The event was attended by BJP leaders, including Chairman Tarh Tarak and Arunachal Pradesh BJP president Kaling Moyong.
During the interaction, the Union Minister outlined various flagship initiatives and achievements of the central government, highlighting progress in infrastructure development, connectivity, economic growth and welfare delivery.
Rijiju spoke about improvements in road and transport connectivity across the country, growth in India's GDP, and the implementation of major welfare schemes such as the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, Jan Suvidha initiatives and the Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana.
He said the government's focus on people-centric governance and inclusive development has helped transform the country's socio-economic landscape over the past decade.
The programme also highlighted key milestones achieved under various flagship schemes aimed at improving housing, infrastructure, rural connectivity and public welfare, while emphasizing the government's commitment to continuing its development agenda in the years ahead.
