A major landslide has blocked National Highway-13 at Pakro village in Arunachal Pradesh's Pakke Kessang district, disrupting road connectivity between Sagalee and Seppa, as well as traffic on the Itanagar–Seppa route.
Following the incident, Pakke Kessang Police issued a travel advisory, informing the public that the affected stretch of the highway remains completely impassable.
According to the advisory, the District Administration has initiated restoration work, which is expected to take two to three days to clear the debris and restore traffic movement.
Police have urged commuters to avoid non-essential travel through the affected stretch until further notice, as the highway will remain closed during the restoration process.
Authorities said updates will be issued once the road is reopened and declared safe for public use. Residents and travellers have also been requested to cooperate with the administration and follow official advisories to ensure their safety.
