4 Lashkar-e-Taiba terrorists killed in J&K’s Pulwama

Guwahati, April 1, 2019:

Four terrorists belonging to the Lashkar-e-Taiba outfit have been killed during the ongoing anti-terror operations in Jammu and Kashmir’s Pulwama district. This was confirmed by Srinagar-based defence spokesman Col Rajesh Kalia. He said, “"Four terrorists have been eliminated in Pulwama operation."

Three security personnel were also injured during the operations. As per reports, the injured soldiers have been evacuated to a hospital and their condition is said to be stable.

Security personnel launched the overnight operation after receiving information about terrorists hiding in the Lassipora area. The terrorists fired back but were eventually killed during the crossfire.

Two AK-47s, one SLR, and one pistol ammunition have been recovered from the spot of the encounter.
