ASSAM: ARMY AND LOCALS COME TOGETHER TO CELEBRATE IFTAAR

To mark the auspicious month of Ramzaan, unit of Red Horns Division organised an Iftar party yesterday at Kokrajhar District, Assam. Around 70 people were invited to Army Camp Patharghat to celebrate Iftaar.

The proceedings began with joint prayers being offered, after which soldiers and civilians broke bread together. These included Imams, Maulvis and imminent personalities from across the spectrum of Khokrajhar. This event underscores Army's belief in "unity in diversity" and is a true reflection of the culture and core values of Indian Army.
