Assam: 0.5 kgs heroin seized in Guwahati

GUWAHATI: A team of Assam Police in its "War on Drugs" mission recovered half a kilogram of heroin at the Sijubari area of Guwahati.

The contraband heroin was seized during a joint operation conducted by Guwahati and Kamrup police today.

This was informed by the State Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma.
