ASSAM: SSB JAWAN COMMITS SUICIDE IN SONITPUR DISTRICT

The mystery pertaining to the death of a Jawan of the Sashastra Seema Bal(SSB) in his camp in Devandranagar in Sonitpur district of Assam has created a sensation. A jawan in the SSB camp of Devandranagar area allegedly committed suicide today.

The deceased has been identified as Constable Halidhar Diljeet Singh. Hailing from Jammu and Kashmir, Halidhar Diljeet Singh committed suicide using his service rifle. The reason behind the tragic step is yet to be ascertained.
