BREAKING: Ganja seized at Guwahati Railway Station

Guwahati, December 15, 2018:

During routine frisking of trains, personnel of the Government Railway Police Service on Saturday seized 25 kgs of ganja (marijuana) from a coach of down Rajdhani Express at Guwahati Railway Station and arrested one person in connection with the seizure.

The accused, Pappu Singh, aged 43 years and son of Nagen Singh of Bibiganj village in Bhojpur district of Bihar, was smuggling the contraband from Dimapur in Nagaland. He was supposed to deliver it at Ara in Bihar.
