The state mourns the death of Bibekananda Dalai

The state loses another pacemaker, the former two term Congress MLA from Jagiroad Bibekananda Dalai. He breathed his last at a private hospital in Guwahati on yester night. According to a statement he was suffering from cancer. He was a Parliamentary in the last term of the Tarun Gogoi led Congress Government from 2011-16
