Earthquake shakes Assam, Northeast

Guwahati (Assam), September 12, 2018:

An earthquake, measuring 5.3 on the Richter scale, shook Assam and parts of the Northeast on Wednesday at around 10:20 am.

According to initial reports, there was no loss of life or injurury to any. Further details were awaited. The epicentre of the earthquake was Dhubri's Sapatgram in Assam.
