Karbi Anglong lynching case charge-sheet to be filed tomorrow

Guwahati (Assam), Aug 31, 2018:
The Karbi Anglong police will file the charge-sheet in the Karbi Anglong mob lynching case in a Diphu court on Saturday.
According to reports, Karbi Anglong Superintendent of Police Shibprasad Ganjewalla has prepared an 800-page charge-sheet in connection to the lynching case.
Altogether 49 people were arrested in connection with the lynching of Guwahati youths Nilotpal Das and Abhijeet Nath by a mob in Panjuri Kachari village under Dokmoka police station in Karbi Anglong district in the evening of June 8. All the accused persons are now in judicial custody.
