ASSAM: MINOR GIRL RAPED

A minor girl was allegedly raped in Dhubri town of lower Assam. The 14 year old girl working as a domestic help in the house of a lawyer. Local people captured the 28 year old accused, stated to be a married man, and handed him over to the police. The lawyer has filed an FIR in this connection.
