NSCN (IM) cadre nabbed in Assam’s Tinsukia district

Guwahati, March 23, 2019:

The third Battalion of the Garhwal rifles at around 8 am on Saturday nabbed an active cadre of the insurgent group Nationalist Socialist Council of Nagaland Isak-Muivah (NSCN-IM).

An operation was carried out in Makum village of Assam’s Tinsukia district by the Garhwal rifles who, after nabbing the notorious cadre, handed him over to Makum authorities. The cadre has been identified as Biswajit Pangey, a self-styled SS Private.
