A meeting that might alter the Political scenario in the NorthEast.

The third meeting of the North East Democratic Alliance(NEDA) to be held at Srimanta  Kalashetra tomorrow is apprehended to be one of immense importance keeping in account the disheveled political spectrum of the North East . The meeting which aims to discuss the political scenario and the developmental activities in the region will be addressed by the Bharatiya Janata Party National President, Amit Shah who is also the Chairperson of NEDA.

Lately the entire North East has been quivered over the hustle of the most talked about The Citizenship Amendment Bill 2016. Assam Gana Parishad , Conrad’s National People’s Party along with many other regional parties which forms an integral constituent of NEDA has sternly opposed the Citizenship Amendment Bill. It will be a matter of concern to see if the matter of Citizenship Amendment Bill is broached out in the meeting by the Chairperson which has plagued the entire Political Situation in the North East.

Amit Shah’s statement might lucidly bring forth the stand of the Centre on the bill. Hence only if Amit Shah refrains from taking a diplomatic stand, Centre’s decision might be hinted to some extent deciding the perplexing fate of the North Eastern States
