Tinsukia celebrates Independence Day

Guwahati (Assam), Aug 15, 2018:

Along with rest of the country, Tinsukia district administration too organised Independence Day programme at the ITI playground, Tinsukia.

Minister Naba Kumar Doley, who attended the function as a chief guest, unfurled the tricolour.

Besides the marchpast by security forces, a colourful cultural function was also organised on the occasion.

Those present on the dais paid homage to the martyrs of the freedom movement.
