Wild-Elephant atrocity triggers panic along Indo-Bhutan border in Baksa

BAKSA: A wild elephant has triggered panic in Baksa's Nagrijuli area and commenced atrocities entering a village.

Reportedly, the jumbo had lost from his herd and came down from the Bhutan hills and entered Dongar village in Nagrijuli.

The elephant had destroyed so many houses and establishments to the ground during the last night's rain.

Jumbo had broken into the agricultural storage rooms of villagers and eaten their harvested goods.

This had caused immense panic among the residents.

The elephant had returned back to the hills in the morning by itself.
