Assam: Dima Hasao CEM Debolal Gorlosa completes Census 2027 self-enumeration, urges public participation

Dima Hasao Autonomous Council (NCHAC) Chief Executive Member Debolal Gorlosa on Sunday, August 2, completed his digital self-enumeration as the Census 2027 online self-enumeration exercise commenced across the district.

Gorlosa completed the process with assistance from officials of the Dima Hasao district administration, who provided the necessary guidance and technical support.

According to the district administration, the online self-enumeration facility will remain open from August 2 to August 16, enabling citizens to submit their household and personal information through the official Census portal.

Officials said the initiative is aimed at making the Census process more transparent, efficient and digitally accessible, while allowing residents to provide accurate information about themselves and their families.

The district administration urged all residents of Dima Hasao to make use of the online facility and complete their self-enumeration within the stipulated period.

Officials said the data collected through the exercise would play a key role in future development planning, implementation of government welfare schemes and policy formulation.

Citizens can complete the self-enumeration process through the official Census portal at https://se.census.gov.in/ 

The Dima Hasao district administration and the North Cachar Hills Autonomous Council (NCHAC) have appealed to all residents to actively participate in the digital self-enumeration exercise to ensure the successful conduct of Census 2027.
