Assam: Margherita sees strong voter turnout with festive polling atmosphere

A festive atmosphere engulfed polling stations across the 83rd Margherita constituency today as voters formed long, enthusiastic queues to participate in the democratic process.

 

Polling booths across four Zila Parishads and thirteen Gaon Panchayats reported steady streams of voters since operations began at 7:30 am.

 

The voting process will continue until 4:30 pm.
