Assam: Massive rhino obstructs tourist vehicle in Manas national park

A group of tourists had a close encounter with a massive rhinoceros at Manas National Park when the animal obstructed their vehicle in the Bansbari Range. 

The unexpected encounter left the tourists in a state of panic as they found themselves momentarily stranded in the wildlife sanctuary.

The rhino stood its ground for a while, blocking their path, before eventually moving away, allowing the vehicle to proceed safely. The dramatic moment was captured on camera by Ajit Roy, a tourist guide at Manas National Park.

This rare and thrilling sighting highlights the untamed beauty of Manas, a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its rich biodiversity and diverse wildlife.
