Sanuram Das, a 35-year-old mentally challenged man, has returned home after being missing for five years.
The mother of the youth thanked the efforts of Ajay Kumar Rai, MLA from No. 20 Bijni assembly constituency.
Sanuram, the eldest son of Jayanti Das, a daily wage labourer from Daturi in Bijni, Chirang district, had disappeared from his home in 2016.
He was found in 2021 in Sindur district, Goa, by Madhav Pradeep Patil, a social activist associated with The Jeevan Anand Sanstha.
