Assam's Margherita admin celebrates R-Day with parade, patriotic performances

Assam's Margherita co-district administration, on the occasion of Republic Day, January 26, organised an event at the central field in Margherita.
 

The national flag was hoisted by Parikshit Thoudam (IAS), Margherita Co-District Commissioner.
 

The celebration included a parade with Assam Police personnel, NCC cadets, Scout Guides, and students from various schools and colleges, where patriotic songs and dances were performed by students and participants. 
 

During the event, individuals who have rendered services in different fields were honored and felicitated by the Margherita Co-District administration.
