PM Modi's fast-track courts for paper leak cases will protect youth's future: BJP MLA Diganta Kalita

Assam BJP MLA Diganta Kalita has welcomed Prime Minister Narendra Modi's announcement on establishing fast-track courts to deal with examination paper leak cases, describing the move as a significant step towards safeguarding the interests of the country's youth and ensuring swift justice.
Reacting to the Prime Minister's announcement, Kalita said the Centre has taken an important decision by providing for speedy trials in paper leak cases through dedicated fast-track courts. He said the cabinet's decision reflects the government's commitment to taking strict legal action against those involved in compromising the integrity of public examinations.
Kalita stated that the proposed mechanism would be implemented within a robust legal framework and in accordance with the highest standards of policy and governance. He asserted that the initiative would help ensure prompt punishment for offenders while strengthening confidence in the examination system.
Emphasising the government's focus on young aspirants, the BJP legislator said Prime Minister Modi has consistently worked towards creating the best possible opportunities and institutional safeguards for the country's youth. He added that the fast-track court mechanism would reinforce transparency and accountability in the conduct of recruitment and competitive examinations.
