Arms and ammunitions recovered in Dimapur

Guwahati, January 28, 2019:

A team of Wokha battalion of Assam Rifles, HQ IGAR (North) and Wokha Police seized a huge amount of arms and ammunition from a bus was heading to Dimapur from Zunebuto.

The team recovered three Hand Grenades, one detonator, 150 gms of explosive power and one 12 volt battery in a bag from a Nagaland State transport bus on 26 Jan 2019.

The recovered items were handed over to the Wokha police station for further investigation.
