Kakching Battalion of Assam Rifles saved the life of a victim who was burnt in an incident caused by electric. The victim resident of Sora Village suffered an electrical shock and was immediately rushed to the unit hospital of Kakching Battalion.
The victim was immediately given proper treatment and put under observation by the medical team under the Regimental Medical Officer and the patient was discharged after giving necessary medical aid and stabilizing the vital parameters. Prompt and efficient action of battalion medical team was lauded by the civilians and also reinforced good faith among the locals.
