Imphal, June 10, 2019:

A Rashtriya Janata Dal MLA from Bihar, who was on a 'study tour' in Manipur, was caught on camera dancing with a girl in Tammu near the India-Myanmar border.

The members of the Committee led by MLA Yaduwanch Kumar Yadav of RJD visited border town Moreh on June 1, 2019 to take stock of the development program being taken up under the auspicious Act East Policy of the Government of India.

Accompanied by four men, the Bihar legislator can be seen trying to hold the girl’s shoulder even as she removes his hand. Then, the MLA proceeds to dance in a provocative manner.

MLA Yaduwanch Kumar Yadav of RJD represents Pipra (Supaul) assembly constituency and is the Chairman of the Committee.

Other members in the team were MLA Sachin Prasad Singh of BJP who represents Kalyanpur (East Champaran) Assembly Constituency, MLA Raj Kumar Rai of JD (U) who represents Hasanpur (Samastipur) and MLA Shivachandra Ram of RJD who represents from Raja Pakar (SC) (Vaishali) Assembly Constituency.

They were reportedly guided by staffs of the Manipur State Legislative Assembly.
