The Tinsukia district police arrested one accused Sri Mintu Dihingia (28) son of Debeswar Dihingia of Loharipatty,Makum in case no 119/18 u/s 153/153A/153B/294/505/34 under IPC,R/W Sec 67 IT Act. The accused was circulating provocative posts against the Karbi people through his facebook account in connection with KarbiAnglong issue.
