Mizoram: Poppy seeds worth Rs 18 lakhs seized in Champhai
CHAMPHAI: The Assam Rifles on Tuesday recovered 140 bags of Poppy seeds costing approximately Rs 18,83,000/- in Champhai’s General Area Tlangsam-Tyao Road.

CHAMPHAI: The Assam Rifles on Tuesday recovered 140 bags of Poppy seeds costing approximately Rs 18,83,000/- in Champhai’s General Area Tlangsam-Tyao Road.
Based on specific information, a joint team of 8 Assam Rifles 20 FIT and Customs Department carried out the operation.
