Manipur: Prepak cadre arrested

A Prepak militant was arrested by a joint team of the Civil Defence Organisation of Thoubal and the Assam Rifles from Kakching Khunou Lamkhai area on Thursday.

The rebel, identified as Paonam Naresh Singh alias Nation, said he had joined the outfit in September 2010 through one Iboton and undergone 45 days basic military training in Myanmar. Further investigation is going on.
